Manduo is/was two guys: Jeff T. Smith (a.k.a. Juffage) and Tyler J. Jones. They were a band risen out of the ashes of post-post-post-rock supergroup Mammoths Melting Out of the Ice!?! who utililized Drums, Fender Rhodes, Handmade Electronics, Lyricon, Guitar, Glockenspiel, and Electric Kazoo to bring you some of the most authentic/bizzare pop-noise you can't quite put your finger on.
